Ham Leftovers – what are your favourite leftover recipes?

For dinner last night we had Meatloaf with peas, carrots, mashed potatoes and homemade cheese sauce. We ate all the Meatloaf but I purposely did too much of everything else so I could use it again. Tonight I’ll mix the cheese sauce into some boiled pasta with some leftover ham, and I’ll reheat all the vegetables.
